Graphene shells with a controllable number of layers were directly synthesized on Cu nanoparticles (CuNPs) by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) to fabricate a graphene‐encapsulated CuNPs (G/CuNPs) hybrid system for surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The enhanced Raman spectra of adenosine and rhodamine 6G (R6G) showed that the G/CuNPs hybrid system can strongly suppress background fluorescence and increase signal‐to‐noise ratio. In four different types of SERS systems, the G/CuNPs hybrid system exhibits more efficient SERS than a transferred graphene/CuNPs hybrid system and pure CuNPs and graphene substrates. The minimum detectable concentrations of adenosine and R6G by the G/CuNPs hybrid system can be as low as 10?8 and 10?10 M , respectively. The excellent linear relationship between Raman intensity and analyte concentration can be used for molecular detection. The graphene shell can also effectively prevent surface oxidation of Cu nanoparticles after exposure to ambient air and thus endow the hybrid system with a long lifetime. Two new eudesmane-type glucopyranosides have been isolated from the fruits of Daucus carota L. On the basis of their spectroscopic and chemical evidence, the new compounds were elucidated as daucucarotol-10-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1) and decahydro-7-[(2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-isopropyl]-1β,4aα-dimethyl-(1α,4α,8aβ)-naphthalenetriol (2). Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate antitumour activity against human ECA-109 and gave IC50 values of 23.22 and 26.76 μM, respectively. 相似文献

Potential energies of LiS(2Π), LiS-(1Σ+) and LiS+(3Σ-) are calculated by using the multireference configuration interaction method including Davidson correction and the augmented correlation-consistent basis sets aug-cc-PV(X+d)Z (X=T, Q). Such obtained potential energies are subsequently extrapolated to the complete basis set limit. Both the core-valence correction and the relativistic effect are also considered. The analytical potential energy functions are then obtained by fitting such accurate energies utilizing a least-squares fitting procedure. By using such analytical potential energy functions, we obtain the accurate spectroscopic parameters, complete set of vibrational levels and classical turning points. The present results are compared well with the experimental and other theoretical work. 相似文献

理论研究分子结构与双光子吸收性质之间的关系对于指导实验者设计与合成功能分子材料具有重要意义. 在杂化密度泛函水平上, 利用响应函数方法, 计算了一类以二乙烯硫/砜基为中心的新型电荷转移分子的双光子吸收截面, 并在相同计算水平上, 与联苯乙烯类强双光子吸收分子做了比较; 以新型电荷转移分子为基础, 利用异构效应, 设计出了可以增强双光子吸收强度的分子结构. 研究表明, 在可应用波长范围内, 该系列分子表现出较强的双光子吸收响应, 与相似共轭长度的强双光子吸收分子具有相同量级的双光子吸收截面; 二乙烯硫/砜基在分子中心作为吸电子基团可以形成有效的电荷转移分子; 改变咔唑基的连接方式可以有效提高双光子吸收截面. 该研究为实验合成新型双光子吸收分子材料提供了理论依据. 相似文献

A sensitive and selective electrochemical method was developed for simultaneous determination of uric acid (UA), xanthine (XA) and hypoxanthine (HX) based on a poly (pyrocatechol violet)/carboxyl functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes composite film modified electrode. The preparation and basic electrochemical performance of the novel composite film modified glassy carbon electrode were investigated in details. The electrochemical behaviors of UA, XA and HX at the modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that this new electrochemical sensor exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of the three analytes. The mechanism of catalysis was discussed. The anodic peaks of the three species were well defined with lowered oxidation potential and enhanced oxidation peak currents, so the modified electrode was used for simultaneous voltammetric measurement of UA, XA and HX by differential pulse voltammetry. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits were 0.16 μmol L(-1) for UA, 0.05 μmol L(-1) for XA and 0.20 μmol L(-1) for HX, respectively (S/N of 3). The proposed method has been successfully applied to simultaneous determination of UA, XA and HX in human serum samples. 相似文献
